In Vidigami, Administrators and Managers (or users with the Manage Watermarking permission under a custom role) have the ability to watermark images in order to protect them from being copied on-screen or repurposed by members of the community.
There are 2 ways you can apply a watermark to images:
1 - Applying Watermark to a Single Image
Simply open any media, and toggle the Watermark check mark underneath the Copyright field. Don't forget to save your changes before you exit the Lightbox!
This action immediately overlays the image with markings (as shown below).
2 - Applying Watermark to Multiple Images
Administrators and managers can batch-add a watermark to more than one image at a time by simply selecting the check box that appears upon hovering over the media within an album.
Once selected, a green batch-function toolbar will appear overhead with the option to Add Metadata. Select the Apply Watermark check box to enable or disable the watermark for those selected images. Note that watermarks cannot be added to videos.
