When you have completed setting up Vidigami (onboarding, group memberships, content transfer...etc), you can start granting select members access to the system for that School Year. Note, before you begin to send invitations, it is important that you first Open Year.
To invite users to activate their Vidigami account and participate in the platform:
- Navigate to the Users List and check the names of the users you would like to invite.
- A green action bar will appear. Select Send Invitation.
- You can choose to send those users a standard Vidigami Email (system default) or a Custom Email (where you can edit the copy for your invitation).
- Select Proceed. The users will get an email inviting them to activate their accounts.
Using Vidigami Insights, get a snapshot of how many users have successfully activated their account in the School Overview section, or, view the Status column on the Users List, which will indicate if any given user has been activated or not (marked green or red).
You can always resend emails to those users in the event that they did not open their activation email.
