After adding users to Vidigami, Administrators must grant access to the users for the School Year by Inviting them to the system.
To send an activation email, Select a user from the User List via the Admin Panel and click on "Send Invitation" in the Batch-Select Bar, which will send an email to the user with a link to activate their account. Activated users will get an email inviting them to return to Vidigami. The Administrator will also receive a delivery summary email shortly (see Batch-Select Bar).
There are three options to invite users:
Standard Vidigami Invitation
Custom Email
No Email (Recommended for SSO)
To see how many users have successfully activated their account, visit the Insights tab or User List in the Admin Panel (See Admin Panel).
