As the uploader (and therefore, owner) of any media in Vidigami, you, and you alone, have the ability to add credit to your media. There are 2 ways you can do this.
1 - Add Copyright Holder to Single Image
To do so, open a video or image in Lightbox Mode and select the More Info option on the top right corner. Then, select the Edit (pencil icon) to update the information for the media. Towards the bottom of the section, you will see a Copyright field. This is where you would put an individual's name or the name of a business (i.e. your school name or professional photographer).
Please note that copyright can automatically be applied to an image uploaded to Vidigami if that feature has been enabled for the file in a software prior to upload (e.g. Adobe Lightroom).
2 - Add Copyright Holder to Multiple Images
Administrators and managers can batch-add a Copyright Holder or replace an existing one on more than one file at a time by simply selecting the check box that appears upon hovering over the media within an album.
Once selected, a green batch-function toolbar will appear overhead with the option to Add Metadata. Select this to open the modal and in the Copyright field, you can add an individual's name or the name of a business (i.e. your school name or professional photographer).
Note that while you are able to batch-add a new copyright holder to multiple files, you cannot batch-remove them (leave it empty). You will, however, be able to replace the information.
In this modal, you also have the ability to batch-add additional context tags and apply a watermark to those selected images.
